I appreciate this so much. I am a Benedictine oblate with Mt. Tabor Monastery in Eastern Kentucky. I am also a life partner to my husband, mother to five children, and a full-time farmer focused on Food is Medicine efforts. My prayer is that I will be able to continue living my life as you say, being a "The 5th Monk", and to be able to connect with others in community, humility, and spiritual growth.
